Your booking request will be submitted to the host and will be confirmed within 24 hours of submission.
YOUR PAYMENT
No payment will be taken upon submitting your booking request. Payment will only be requested once your booking has been confirmed.
DEPOSIT, DAMAGE AND ACCIDENTALS
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
A holding deposit of £5000 will be held on your credit card upon making your full payment when requested. This deposit will be held by the payment processing platform (in this instance Stripe), and no money will be taken from your account unless required to repair damage.
YOU NEED TO KNOW
- This property is managed by a private host (a party not acting within their trade, business or profession).
- EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal, will not apply to your booking.
- The cancellation policy set by the private host will cover your booking.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
