The property is a spacious and light house with a comfortable contemporary feel. All appliances fittings and furnishings are high quality and we aim to provide you with the same level of comfort you enjoy in your own surroundings.

Wooden steps take you down to the lower ground floor to an open plan large light fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area.
Kitchen Space
We have a washing machine/dryer in a separate laundry room with soaps for you to use.
Open Plan Dining Space
We have an extendable glass dining table that can seat up to 10 people in the middle dining area and the living area of the room has a seating area with a large sofa and armchair and flat screen Smart TV with Sky TV.
All perfect to relax and enjoy the atmosphere after cooking up a storm with the fabulous ingredients you can pick up from one of the many boutique grocers, and markets a stone’s throw from the house.
First Floor Study
The perfect spot to work in luxurious comfort with all the mod cons an office needs. A spacious room, with a bright and airy feel to match the rest of the property. We have a desk, printer, and seating so that you can host a business meeting and free, fast wifi all available.
Just hoping for a quiet, relaxing space to sit back and read a good book? The double sofa bed can be used to create more sleeping space.
First Floor Bedroom
The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has a very comfortable queen bed with lots of storage in the wall to wall full height fitted wardrobes and drawer units.
The bathroom used by this bedroom is on the half landing up to the first floor and contains a stand-alone bath and sink unit and an 18th century original stain glass window as a feature.
Quality cotton bed linens are supplied, towels are freshly laundered prior to your stay. Both bathrooms are stocked up with shampoo, soaps, shower gels, conditioners and body lotion for you to use.
