Living Space

The raised entrance leads into a mirrored hallway, with the spacious living room to your left. Settle in with a generous three-seater sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV with Sky, and a decorative fireplace with a fully working gas fire for added warmth and atmosphere.

Wooden steps lead down to the lower ground floor, opening into a bright, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen alongside a generous living and dining space designed for relaxed everyday living.

Kitchen Space

The kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking and is fully equipped with everything you could need. It features two Neff electric ovens, a six-ring gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a Quooker tap. A full set of saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linens are provided, along with a well-stocked cupboard of essentials including oils, spices, bin bags, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid.

A separate laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer, with laundry products supplied for your convenience.

Open Plan Dining Space

The open-plan dining area features an extendable glass dining table seating up to ten guests, positioned at the heart of the space. The adjoining living area offers a comfortable seating zone with a large sofa, armchair and a flat-screen Smart TV with Sky, creating an easy flow for dining, relaxing and socialising.

The perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere after cooking up a storm, using fabulous ingredients sourced from the many boutique grocers and local markets just moments from the house.

First Floor Study

An ideal space to work in comfort, with all the modern conveniences an office requires. This spacious room is bright and airy, echoing the calm, light-filled feel found throughout the house. A desk, printer and comfortable seating are provided, making it suitable for focused work or hosting a small business meeting, with fast, free WiFi throughout.

Prefer a quieter moment to unwind with a good book? The room also features a comfortable double sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space when needed.

First Floor Bedroom

The second bedroom is located on the first floor and features a very comfortable queen bed, with excellent storage provided by wall-to-wall, full-height fitted wardrobes and integrated drawer units.

The bathroom serving this bedroom is situated on the half landing and includes a freestanding bath and vanity sink, with an original 18th-century stained-glass window as a striking feature.

Quality cotton bed linen is provided, with freshly laundered towels supplied ahead of your stay. Both bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, soaps, shower gels, conditioner and body lotion for your use.

Top Floor Bedroom

The main bedroom occupies the top floor and features an en-suite bathroom. This air-conditioned room offers a luxurious 6ft 6 emperor-size bed, along with ample storage provided by wall-to-wall, full-height wardrobes and integrated drawer units.

The en-suite bathroom includes twin sinks and a walk-in wet-room style shower. Quality cotton bed linen is provided, with freshly laundered towels supplied ahead of your stay. Both bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, soaps, shower gels, conditioner and body lotion for your use.
